1. Incident Managers are very supportive. 2. Working with the kids. 3. Somes schools calling you to see if you can sub because they like your work. 4. Flexibility 5. Getting to meet new people. 6. Getting to pick and choose buildings and districts.
Cons
1. The schools can block for any reason or for nothing. 2. School staff and faculty can harass you and look down on you. 3. Not knowing what a school is going to do to you "canceling you at last minute or even canceling you while you are on an assignment, secretly blocking you over something minor (principal not telling you because you are not a school district employee you are an ESS employee), making up a false claim on a incident report, not liking how you handle something such as a classroom or a disruptive student. 4. The school has the most say and power.
