Pros

School hours are the best! 6:45am-2:45pm is a dream! Only work when school is in session. High pay.

Cons

Pay discrepancies happen a lot. Some people make a lot more for the same amount of education. For example, I make $160/day while a coworker with an equivalent degree makes $190/day.
