      Pros

      High turnover so you will definitely be hired.

      Cons

      No paid holidays, no paid snow days, no paid spring break, no paid winter break, no paid summer break, no raise in 10+ years, very low pay, no paid overtime if you work more than 40 hours. Health benefits bear minimal. No useful training. No advancement opportunities.

      Able to choose your own schedule

      Cons

      Not very supportive of “staff”. If there are any allegations against subs, they do very little to help. They will even deny that you are their employee. Lack of communication between offices and the sub. Change policies and procedures as they see fit according to the situation.
