Good for College Students

Pros

I like the flexibility of being a substitute as a college student. I can pick up shifts or not based on my workload and schedule. Pay is also good for being able to give students directions and still being able to get my school work done.

Cons

Experience can vary but school. Some schools are more supportive and helpful than others, but you can just choose to pick up shifts for schools you like so it’s fine. I typically do high school and I’m not left with lesson plans , which can sometimes lead to more behavior issues, but haven’t had that many bad experiences. Everyday is different.
