Pros

You can choose the days you work as long as you work 4 days a month then your status will still be active as a substitute.

Cons

It pays very low for the amount you work if you choose to sub for elementary schools.

Pros

I am able to choose which schools and grade levels I wish to sub in and how many days I can work. I love that I get to see my own kids and past students. Everything is well-organized, and most school liaisons are highly appreciative of subs. It's convenient for those who need a flexible schedule and/or transitioning to another job and need something in the interim. You get to teach and be with students, but you don't have to deal with all the other cons that come with teaching full-time.

Cons

I don't have any cons to share. Everyone at the company has been very helpful and is quick at getting back to you if you have an issue. The WillSub+ app is great and easy to use.
