Everyone is very kind and helpful! The on-boarding process was seamless and there was help every step of the way. The Frontline app is very easy to use to find and choose jobs.

Cons

If you need to cancel a job, you cannot do so on the app and you have to call. There should be an option to cancel via the app.

Easy to email and take days off, Very easy to work with.

Cons

The pay rate could be better for cost of living in NJ. Benefits are not that good.

Flexible schedule! You pick the job opportunity postings that best suit your skill set and time constraints. No specifically contracted timeframe.

Cons

Although there was an hourly wage increase a few years ago, the ESS employees as well as the teaching staff in the district are underpaid for the responsibilities of the job.
