Pros

Ess is well run IMO, but mostly just a technicality. The school district and principal are the main ones with whom I work for and interact with, and ESS is just a point of contact for employment questions and pay.

Cons

They don't offer good health benefits and the pay is low, especially when figuring in that you don't get paid in the summer.
