Pros

Not having to deal directly with the ISD. Better pay than through the ISD. ESS employees are easy to work with and give help needed in a timely manner. Love the monthly drawings.

Cons

The company is so large, I will probably never win the monthly drawing. Hopefully, with such a large company, employees of ESS don't begin to feel like a number rather than a human:)

It’s a Job. Period, that’s all.

Cons

Benefits are crappy No contribution to their 401K (unless they want to) No tuition reimbursement No salary increases Management is always changing
