Flexibility for Mom's not quite ready for full time but need a little extra money Allows me to be near my kids and keep up with their activities.

Cons

Pay could be much better considering you can make more babysitting than in a classroom of 20+ kids all day

Pros

Work life balance. I was able to finish college while working here part-time. Could pick the days I wanted to work very beneficial.

Cons

No room for growth. Underpaid and no bonuses. Wouldn’t make a career out of it.
