Love the perks but low pay

-excellent schedule -gas card -low stress/low pressure

Cons

-low pay -little room for advancement -company is disorganized with minimal policies and procedures in place so constantly having to CMA and being told to figure things out on my own

Pros

Part-time choosing assignments on your schedule

Cons

ESS is not worth the hassle. They would assign you one task but on the morning of the assignment, you would have a change in your assignment without any notice. This has happened to me a few times. I select my assignments with my own preference but if they keep choosing for me why should I bother??
