Working with the students and seeing them do better. Seeing students actualize their potential.

Cons

Teachers sometimes don’t want or support paras, and sometimes don’t make expectations clear, some paraprofessionals don’t do much but understand that everyone has different ways of thinking and understanding things. Some students who were very difficult and blamed for it, schedule changes, covering for absentee paraprofessionals and coworkers.
