Flexibility is great, not much else

Pros

Flexibility, app to pick up and release shifts as needed, no direct supervisor that you have to deal with daily.

Cons

Pay is low for what is expected. Call center employees have gave wrong information about pay twice. District supervisors are over worked and probably underpaid as well which leaves them to have a bad attitude.

Love the job wish the pay was in line with living wage requirements so I didnt have to work 2 jobs.

Cons

would love to eliminate a job, and focus just on ESS

Great Pay, but that's all that's great about it

Pros

Great full time job during the school year, because you can be a building sub and make $150 a day. You can also choose what school(s) you work in and there is not detriment to you taking a day off here or there. It's very much up to you how much you want to work so you have a lot of freedom.

Cons

You only get paid when you work. Aka when the kids don't have school, you don't get paid. You also are provided with barely any (if any at all) training, no vacation or sick days, and minimal benefits. They do provide options for working over the summer, which is nice, but it's not at all dependable like a regular full time job.
