Pros
As contracted workers for school districts, it is important that we have professional contacts at the company to communicate with the staff where we are working. ESS provides that and all of our questions and concerns are able to be answered professionally and in a reasonable timeframe.
Cons
The only downside I have found is that sometimes there are staff in the buildings where we work that do not treat us like other staff so at times you may feel like an outsider when they know you are a contracted sub and not directly hired through the school district.
