      Thanks for your review. We’re happy to hear you were able to easily obtain work while employed with us. Substitute teachers should always be respected by students and school staff while filling in, and we’re terribly sorry to hear that wasn’t always the case for you!

      Aesop/Frontline is easy to use Fairly consistent work availability

      Cons

      Management does not respond to emails in timely fashion (or sometimes at all) Guilt tripping emails implicitly demanding that you work every day, even if you've worked 14 weekdays straight and just need a day off Management says they will call and check in with you weekly - this is a lie Getting things to complete your job, such as an employee ID or access to employee websites, is more difficult than necessary

      Great if you want or need a lot of flexiblity in your schedule

      Pros

      schedule flexibility, school staff are always welcoming, kids are great and fun, work when you can and don't work when you can't, usually a good amount of shifts to choose from, gives you an idea what it's like to work in a school, staff are really responsive when you aim to do a good job and ask if they need help with anything, options for pay to go straight to a debit card

      Cons

      low pay, kind of long hiring process, a fair amount of online training to complete prior to being able to pick up shifts
