Pros
Great job if you're looking for part-time or full-time work. Could be an easy job depending on the school building or district you work in. If you're able to adapt and improvise some lesson plans then the job will be alright most of the time.
Cons
I do wish the company would encourage school staff to be more specific about the job assignments they're putting online. There are times where an individual might need to prepare themselves to work with special needs students but they won't know that they will work with special needs students until they arrive to the school because there is no assignment description.
