      Foot in the door but not much else

      - Opportunity to work in schools - New positions open all the time - work experience for prospective educators

      Cons

      - ridiculously low pay - no real chances for promotions or raises - will not lead to a higher level job on it's own

      Pros

      You can pick your jobs and schedule. I think that is pretty much the biggest benefit to the job. You may also get hired at one of the schools you will work for.

      Cons

      Source4Teachers does not value it's employees. They will always side with the school and they don't care to even hear the other side. A male employee can flirt with a female and she choose not to return the affection. He reports a complaint to Source4Teachers and she is blocked from the school or fired. You report a student who misbehaved. The student can complain and say whatever. No one will ask you a thing but it gets put in the computer. In fact any complaint can be made and put in your file and then shared with every single school in the state. Just like being a pedophile. SLANDER is ok and encouraged. I have been here for two years and I know a lot of sad stories. BEWARE

      You get to pick whenever you want to work and jobs appear everyday so you can work everyday or as little as once a week

      The pay rate of most districts are not so great
