Pros

You can find consistent work which can lead to other opportunities.

Cons

The company takes too much of a percentage and although you might work everyday you are better off finding schools that hire without an agency.

Thank you for your review. However, I’d like to take a moment to clarify the issue you surfaced around fees. Source4Teaches does not take any fee or any percentage of pay from the people who work for us. We have always been advocates for fair pay in education as we truly value what you do for our students each day. The rate of pay for each position is ultimately the decision of the district and whatever that pay rate may be, you are entitled to 100% of it (less taxes of course). You may be in an area where we have several partner districts and some may offer pay rates you find more appealing. One of the benefits of working for Source4Teachers is that you can work in any of our districts with just one application and credentials! Please feel free to review the available jobs in your area by logging into SAMS. Please reach out if there is any other way we can help.

Pros

Consistent jobs, choice of locations to work for, the ability to get hired in a school after subbing there first.

Cons

The pay is so low, for having to deal with some of these districts and the gross conditions the school I was in (Trenton high) it has since been closed for renovations. There were mice, roaches, and many other disgusting things.
