Pros
There seems to be plenty of work for my area and can choose when and how often I would like to take assignments.
Cons
-The pay rate I am receiving currently is well under what I would expect someone who is required to have college credits/degree to be making and pay was never discussed with me before I signed up. -Sometimes they offer me positions that have nothing to do with teaching children such as Custodial work, which is not why I paid almost $200.00 of my hard earned money to become a substitute teacher and is almost insulting more than anything else.
