Pros

There is a lot of flexibility with your work schedule. The pay is O.K., but not enough for the stress involved. No two days are alike.

Cons

Lack of sufficient support from management. Lack of enough training. Many times you don't know what you'll face when you arrive in the classroom. One problem with classroom management, even noise level, and the school can eliminate you.

Pros

whenever you want, you don't have to be committed to any assignments

Cons

when they lose a contract with a district, they keep you in the dark and just take the assignments away. I guess they think you got enough money to pay for rent, they are inconsiderate. Have a second job as a back up, working with them, you can lose

Pros

Easy system of finding and accepting assignments. Wide ranged list of schools and districts to work for. List of full time teaching jobs.

Cons

Robo call is highly annoying. Doesn't always let you opt out of calls for the day. Pay rates suck, but I'm not sure if that's the district or Source Certain people in HR are rude for no reason and always in your business if you need to call out. One HR rep in particular just hates her job and always has a bad attitude.
