The company is good and offers the options and opportunities to receive benefits through them.

Cons

My cons are not necessarily with ESS but the district I work in choosing to use apps that do not work properly.

Pros

You get consistent work, and meet new people, and every school is differently set up, so you never know what you're getting into.

Cons

You are the worst at direct deposits. I dont get my money almost until midnight Friday when we should get them a day early with the bank I use. Your pay is low, my business, i make easily more pay. This job should be $200 to $250 per day.

Borderline Insulting Pay

Pros

Easy to create your own schedule if you aren't picky with the types of jobs you accept.

Cons

The pay is abysmal and borderline-insulting. Even if you consider accepting a long-term position, you will still receive only $100 per day. That equates to $12.50/hour. Burger flippers are offered more money than people who help with your children while their teacher needs to be away.
