Sometimes being reassigned at schools left you working roles you didn't not originally sign up for. When districts started doing budget cuts, they stopped allowing for classified subs, so I went from daily jobs to no job for weeks to months at a time.

I’ve had multiple interactions with this company’s HR department, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Communication has been unclear and at times nonexistent, particularly regarding important updates that directly affected my employment opportunities. On more than one occasion, I was left without explanation after decisions were made, which created unnecessary confusion and frustration. A lack of transparency and follow-through made it difficult to feel respected or valued throughout the process. I hope the company takes steps to improve its internal communication and accountability, as these experiences reflect poorly on what could otherwise be a strong organization.
