      - Opportunity to work in schools - New positions open all the time - work experience for prospective educators

      Cons

      - ridiculously low pay - no real chances for promotions or raises - will not lead to a higher level job on it's own

      You can find consistent work which can lead to other opportunities.

      The company takes too much of a percentage and although you might work everyday you are better off finding schools that hire without an agency.

Source4Teaches does not take any fee or any percentage of pay from the people who work for us. We have always been advocates for fair pay in education as we truly value what you do for our students each day. The rate of pay for each position is ultimately the decision of the district and whatever that pay rate may be, you are entitled to 100% of it (less taxes of course). You may be in an area where we have several partner districts and some may offer pay rates you find more appealing. One of the benefits of working for Source4Teachers is that you can work in any of our districts with just one application and credentials!
