Pros

Easy system of finding and accepting assignments. Wide ranged list of schools and districts to work for. List of full time teaching jobs.

Cons

Robo call is highly annoying. Doesn't always let you opt out of calls for the day. Pay rates suck, but I'm not sure if that's the district or Source Certain people in HR are rude for no reason and always in your business if you need to call out. One HR rep in particular just hates her job and always has a bad attitude.

Pros

You can pick your schedule. You meet new people. In the younger grades you actually teach.

Cons

Pay is hit or miss. Sometimes jobs do not appear ahead of time and you have to scramble to the job location when it does.

Pros

Working with children is a blessing. The office and teaching staff are always nice and helpful. System is easy to use to pick up assignments. Teachers always leave a lesson plan to help the day go smoothly. I love the elementary age children because I enjoyed doing story time with them and seeing their reactions to the story. The training was very helpful and informative.

Cons

Sometimes your assignment can get canceled. Which can be inconvenient to you say if you have another job and you told them you were working and all of a sudden your assignment gets canceled. During the summer the it is very slow assignments are very few. As of yet I only was able to accept one summer school assignment. Say if that is your primary income that could be bad for you.
