      Pros

      I love the district I work for, it's consistent pay, and it's straightforward.

      Cons

      There's barely any communication from the company, and I have no idea who my supervisor is after my old one left. They said that the new supervisor would reach out to us, and there's been nothing and nowhere on their site to search who it would be. If you're applying for a new job and need a reference, you're unlikely to get one from ESS.

      Flexible schedule, Flexible location options, opportunities for bonuses

      Cons

      A little overbearing on mass communication texts, calls, and emails and there's no way to opt out

      Pros

      Wide range of days and hours you can work. Many positions open.

      Cons

      A minimum of four days need to be worked a month, when combined with some months being shorter with Spring, Winter, or Thanksgiving break there are few options to choose from to hit the monthly quota.
