      Flexible job scheduling, but instability during budget cuts

      Pros

      It was easy to decide when & where to take jobs.

      Cons

      Sometimes being reassigned at schools left you working roles you didn't not originally sign up for. When districts started doing budget cuts, they stopped allowing for classified subs, so I went from daily jobs to no job for weeks to months at a time.

      The schools and students that should not use agencies!

      Cons

      Poor poor communication, the employees are unprofessional, work behind a keyboard while the subs are the only ones that actually work. Management is Unavailable, horrible customer service and communication, they hire anyone off of the streets to work with children, Alarming! They have no clue who the people that they are sending into the schools to work with children
