      Low Pay, Modest Health Benefits, Not Full-Time, Kids and Schools can Sometimes be Difficult.

      Pros

      Working with children is rewarding, however this company offers no consistency.

      Cons

      Everything. You could be given a “permanent” classroom and be moved 5 times in one week. They offer no consistency to children which alters their educational process and disrupts a classroom by having new adults circulating their class. No one answers any questions. Cannot reach out to anyone at the company. No emails or phone calls are returned. Insufficient training. Awful awful awful experience here and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
