Pros

I really enjoy what the company offers in terms of pay, benefits, and flexibility to be a substitute teacher. I feel valued and it is easy to pick up shifts using the app without having to be called in day-of. Plus the compensation is very good.

Cons

I don't like that there is only one person managing my region. Sometimes, it takes a bit of time for this person to respond to immediate questions I have.

Pros

The company has an app where you can view and stay up-to-date with human resource services. You can create an absence and view your paycheck. They have monthly drafts of prizes and send emails so employees can be informed about the prize draft.

Cons

The company has no benefits

Pros

Can pick your own shifts and sites

Cons

Scam you out of money, due to the pay cycle structure, when working a 2 week swing which amounts to 154 hours (77 per week), you can receive as little of 2 hours of overtime in this period instead of the 78 you are owed (39 hours per week worked in excess of 38 ordinary hours). This is because you get paid every 2 weeks, but you must have a week off in-between each swing. If your week off and one of the two working weeks fall together within the period, due to you working 77 hours in the two weeks, you only get 1 hour overtime despite these hours being worked within just one of the weeks. You work like a dog and receive minimum wage. Go via an agency which pays around $7 per hour more for the same work.
