      Worst place to gain school work experience!

      Pros

      There aren’t really any! Just get along with the staff and you should be great; and make sure that everyone is on the same page and that no students take over the class room.

      Cons

      The agency gives no protection for the substitutes were just numbers to these schools. The schools staff can send any little complaints to HR even if the claim has no and you can lose your job.

      Being able to switch school districts as needed.

      Cons

      Very little pay and is PER DIEM.
