Communication and Support Lacking

Pros

They allow you to work great jobs in the school system and generally always have work available.

Cons

As a whole, there is a lack of communication with their employees (substitutes) as well as within the management of the company. There were multiple instances where information that was important to share was not communicated. Supervisors were also not fully communicated with which resulted in frustration for their employees. My paycheck was consistently incorrect and when I would email my supervisor I wouldn't get a response until I cc'd the principal of the school in my email. Other departments of the company lack communication and competency in their job.

Teachers are mostly pretty good Pay isn't much but it's on gime

Cons

Low pay Administrators abuse subs at some schools Some students out of control. No consequences.

You can pick which schools you want to work at and which classes you want to pick up for jobs.

Cons

Schools can change your schedule once you arrive and you shouldn't say no or they may not ask to have you come back.
