Flexible work options, easy to use interface

Cons

Hard to get in contact with, huge hoops to jump through/delays in sick time. They call way too often even when you set the day as unavailable.

I liked the flexibility. Working with a variety of ages was fun. School staff was supportive and my experience as a teacher was invaluable.

Cons

The pay was too low.
