Pros

Easy to get into a management position with no experience.

Cons

Training is nearly nonexistent. They will put you in a salaried position so they can increase your workload without increasing hourly pay then fire you if you try to set boundaries regarding work/life balance. You can make more working at Walmart putting in the same number of hours without the unacceptable amount of responsibility for the pay.

-flexible scheduling -weekends off -a great way to get experience in the classroom

Cons

-not a viable career; you will need a second job -no work on breaks and holidays means no pay -a very confusing and stressful job until you get the hang of it and find schools that work for you

I was not paid for my time, be weary and only work here if there is no other option. Administration is unintelligent and do not have the mental capacity to answer questions with tools available to them.
