Pros

The training at the beginning was very thorough and helpful. There was a lot of product knowledge to take in and the team did a great job updating everyone as new items came in. My co-workers were absolutely amazing, there was a lot of communication between us on the sales floor and a lot of helpful insight given, before, during, and after a sale was made.

Cons

Scheduling was a constant battle. in addition, numbers were pushed too much at times. For a company recognized for its customer service, sometimes it's necessary to step back and listen to the customer, their needs, wants, desires, and respect that. Sometimes it just isn't appropriate to push a pair of $200.00 denim if they have made it very clear, they don't want it. Customer happiness should always be the number one priority, sometimes that includes denim, sometimes the time isn't right.

Pros

Great customers, great coworkers, positive belief and great training on how to sell.

Cons

A very new company that is growing too fast without creating proper brand awareness. The employees aren't treated as well; vacations aren't included in PTO, expected too much of them without proper pay, a lot of errors in the operational workings that need to be fixed.

Horrendous, belittling, awful, run by rude women in corporate

Pros

Had a wonderful time meeting the women at my store. Location was nice, was able to purchase nice jeans when they went on sale

Cons

Where do I begin? Worked alongside corporate, listened to the higher ups single out and make fun of specific employees at different stores. Corporate is just a clique of mean girls. This company does the absolutely opposite of "empowering women." Definitely work here if you are into cliques, two faced women, and are okay selling clothing for $38 when they purchase it for $7.
