Pros

Unlimited PTO and work from home

Cons

Where do you even begin? The most unorganized company I have worked for out of my twenty year career. Middle management has less qualifications and knowledge than their teams. Turnover is astronomical. Micromanaging areas of low importance and no reward for good employees. Low pay with no offering of raises.

Pros

EVERSANA is best in class, particularly as a third party logistics provider and we are better than our competitors. Cultural values around client delight and being patient minded are taken to heart and my coworkers are wonderful people who are easy to spend time with

Cons

Everyone is overworked. There is no department that is not understaffed. Raises and promotions are hard to come by; there is not a good mechanism on most teams to build and mentor folks into leadership roles and paths to promotion within teams are poorly defined. Also I will die mad about the fact that the employer 401k match is now paid out annually instead of with each paycheck. Company culture expects a lot of overtime - the transition from hourly to salaried employee was painful when my raise did not compensate for the loss of overtime pay, and I was still expected to work the long hours.
