      Limited opportunities & boring projects

      Decent pay, benefits, and the job is easy to do.

      Cons

      Management does not have any deep subject matter expertise. The outcome: PMO projects galore. Almost no benefits. Culture: limited collaboration and the expectation is to do whatever you're being told / no questions asked, no motivation, no promotional potential and no respect. If you want continuous learning, development & growth opportunities, respectful & collaborative environment, this is NOT this place.
