      Employee friendly, transportation facility for all employees

      Cons

      WFH not allowed, as they ask everyone to come to the office. They need to have a policy in place, as few employees are taking privilege of having WFH and few are coming to office

      You can get a good salary.

      Cons

      Senior management could benefit from additional training and development in knowledge areas and team management skills. Addressing these areas will help ensure they provide fair and effective mentoring to all team members, avoiding any favoritism and fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment.
