Pros

EVERSANA is one of the best companies to work for. The benefits are exceptional and far above most other companies. Opportunities exist for me to grow in my position and take on interesting projects. There is collaboration between work groups and people like each other. Management is good at recognizing employee performance and showing appreciation for the work they do. There is the knowledge that what you are doing has an impact of people’s lives. Of course, my job is very busy, and a lot is expected of me; but I can’t emphasize enough the gratitude that I have for the work-life balance that EVERSANA has provided for me. It is a privilege to work here and I feel lucky every day.

Cons

The company is new and faced with the typical challenges that arise at this stage. There are some processes that need to be fine-tuned. Things can change quickly, and you must be flexible and adaptable. The pace can be intense, and employees are expected to deliver results.

Pros

The vision and mission are awesome. Essentially, we help leading life science innovators make a bigger, more positive impact on patients. Great benefits. I love the new leadership team. Lots of change stresses some people, but I like learning and growing my skills, so it’s a perfect fit for me.

Cons

The offices are a bit different in look and feel. Wished they were more the same. The quality of middle management seems varied.

EVERSANA is a great place if you are passionate about changing the status quo in how healthcare is delivered in the marketplace. In addition to performing "work that matters" there are lots of great benefits and opportunities for employees at all levels. Great culture and strong, engaged Leadership.

Cons

The isn't a con per se, but if you struggle with change management, this could be a difficult place for you to work. Our intention is to be disruptive in the marketplace. Given that challenge combined with the task of integrating 8 legacy companies to one unified platform is exciting work, but it can be tough at times.
