*Flexibility. As long as you get things done, management won’t check on you. It was easy to manage my life with children. *Company benefit was amazing, better than anywhere else I worked for. *interesting people - start up culture

Cons

Work volume were extremely high for most of the employee. Sometime I could find my managers online due to the too much flexibility. They work in the evening and not online during the day…. HR and IT departments were mess as everyone was new and high volume of their workload. If you get used to the big company culture, this place may not be for you.
