Pros

1. Smaller team size with each member having full visibility of the entire commercialization of a new drug 2. Even analyst gets to handle patient claims data, affiliation data, and drug commercialization data set 3. Complete ownership of development to the operationalization of new dashboards 4. Direct interaction with senior Eversana leadership and client leadership 5. Time and work flexibility 6. Better work life than other pharma consulting firms 7. At any level (Analyst to Director), there is huge scope and a free hand to innovate for clients like developing new dashboards, doing brand analysis, and enabling insights for clients.

Cons

1. Although learning happens due to smaller team size, it may put some pressure on existing team members due to PTO (Personal time off) 2. India D&A team started just 2 years back. So policies related to onshore travel are yet to shape up.
