Very smart and motivated colleagues, truly a merit-based environment, great working environment (we all get along very well), challenging/exciting projects, ability to steer/shape rapidly-growing firm

Limited exposure to other internal entities within The Access Group (particularly for staff members)

Great access to senior team. Smaller size means that everyone has an opportunity to impact the firm and define the culture. Clients are top-tier pharma companies, so great exposure. Support systems are good, given size and scale of firm. Good flexibility in work-life balance (within the context of consulting, of course)

Cons

Limited brand name - you will have to educate your parents on the firm. Less structured systems than you'll find in a larger firm - you may have to raise your hand to find solutions more frequently
