Warning: Eversana bought out Promidian who had terrible reviews and those did not carry over. The actual ranking should be a lot lower

Cons

The leadership is very absent, allowing most of the day-to-day work to be run by the lower-level consultants and senior consultants. The level of expertise is severely lacking. While I was there we pitched several projects we had never done before and didn't have the expertise to do accurately. This led to unhappy clients and staff. The morale is extremely low and overall it's a pretty miserable place to work

Company is working to improve culture. Benefits are amazing.

Cons

Constant chaos. No consistency. Departments work in silos and communication is non-existent. Lose clients on a regular basis making job unstable. They layoff people a lot.
