Cool industry and learned some things.

Cons

Extremely micromanaged, poor pay, co-workers try to act smarter than you, awful trying to troubleshoot problems where most people don't know what they are doing, not really given proper training and resources, management doesn't know how to deal with employees, literally had a camera that moved and watched people. if you like being treated like a number and don't want to go anywhere in your workplace, then work here.

Cons

Very poor training high expectation Based on poor training sales is not sales 95% data entry overworked employees to keep human capital cost down very micromanaged because of this philosophy
