Worst company ever to work with. What a waste of my time

Pros

Most of colleagues in EVGA are nice. That is for a reason - easier to be manipulated by CEO's crazy micro management. Only nice and submissive employees would treat CEO as a KING.

Cons

Bad salary package Poor management (no leadership at all) Disrespectful to professionals Narrowed mindset and views Horrible CEO who never thinks bad decisions were actually made by him at the first place. Kept changing his mind but yet blaming his management team can't keep schedule on time..... Can't keep his words - even worse than worst. All the ppl said good things on this site is because they don't have guts to stand up and because their confidence are totally distorted by the CEO. He made them believe they have no way out to survive w/o him. He treated them as flunky instead of talent.

Pros

Money can be ok, if you in the right job, and know the correct people.

Cons

To many to list, in short though: CEO is truly mad! he runs company by fear and adds nothing to help support, inspire, or grow people around him. Middle management...there is none. Maybe this is because of the crazy CEO who either destroys people forcing them to leave. Or simply because the company is full of non gifted people. Working environment is worst I have ever seen. There seems to be this big black cloud constantly over the office. Its truly depressing and very negative.

There are no pros at all.

Cons

No matter what you've applied for. Now you're a factory worker. Need to go piss? Now you need to turn in a report of why you've visited the restroom. And no. You may not wear what you want to wear. You can not leave your desk. You can't eat in the office. We might not even let you keep that haircut.
