      Amazing technology with a bad working environment

      Pros

      The technology they have and type of projects are amazing. The technical topics that they work on are an engineers dream. Facilities are great. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      A spiteful, coercive and stressful work environment. Very manipulative methods of motivation from management, with individualistic metrics that pit coworkers against each other in an unproductive way. Pay is low for the hours demanded and duties performed, with very limited potential to increase.
