      It was a good environment to work. Management and HR listens to you if you have any issue regarding. Discussions are always friendly. Since it is a small number in size, it is easy to get the things done. However i was placed at customer location. i never had any problem,

      No cons except that The salary is not credited on time, it will be between 5-9th of a month
