Pros
- Flexibility for hours (sometimes I can start later and end my work day later) - Bonus is based on plant metrics - Several clients worldwide, with names such as AAM, Ford, Castrol, and many more. - It's a small company, so ownership treats you like family, and are always eager to listen to your opinion. You won't be another "number" - Very good place to gain experience - Easy to grow within the company, if you are willing to work hard and learn
Cons
- Salary. Not as competitive as the big 3 and other global companies. - Little to no work from home for engineering - No training catered for the position - Fairly high turnover in the last year
