Pros

Great resources from top coaches to legit content in which you can learn to your heart's desire in whatever field you choose from within Kinesiology and Nutrition. Opportunities to work with the best as far as coaching and strength programming from elite athletes to the every day rec weekend warrior.

Cons

Horrible leadership. They're coaches first, corporate managers and leaders second. It takes a different type of leadership and management style to grow a lead a business to greatness and this company, though thinking they have it, do not have any ounce of potential within the upper and senior leadership ranks. They try too hard to be a corporate leader in the fitness industry but fall short in three areas: Building rapport with your underlings. Being competent in a defined and efficient strategy to be great. Being open minded.

Pros

I have the opportunity to Train, Teach Group Exercise while still managing the gym. It's great when you are able to do what you love while still being in a managerial role.

Cons

None at this current time.

Pros

Decent pay, PTO benefits decent, they do tend to hire some of the best fitness minds... but not so much at the higher level. When the effort is put forth, they do create some of the best facilities I've seen in awhile, and the new merger with EXOS will only further that premise.

Cons

Some very long hours and work from home if you don't want to drown. To get the smallest things done, there were about 3,000 channels to go through first. Sales tactics are laughable, stuffy, overly PC, and overall ineffective. Underpromise and overdeliver, not the other way around! USE YOUR EXPERTS AS EXPERTS, not pawns. It's definitely a CORPORATE GYM.... numbers numbers numbers. HR, marketing, and other corporate offices are all disconnected.... and therefore HIGHLY dysfunctional.
