Pros

I get paid, but if minimum wage goes to $15 in many areas this will be a minimum wage job fore people with a college degree. The Members are great!

Cons

Low low low pay. Good luck trying to make it in the real world on this without a second or third job. Seems everyone is a bartender, waits tables, mows yards, has a paper route, or personal trains to make ends meet.

Pros

I gave it 3 stars because it is a great entry level job to learn and grow from. I am on the Works side of the company. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement. This is a great job to get experience and develop as both a coach and a professional. The founder Mark Verstegen is pretty much a buffer version of Jesus. Very impressive man.

Cons

They do not pay regionally. So someone living in an area with a high cost of living is making the same amount of money as someone in Arizona(Headquarters). Even if you do get to advance within the company that typically means you will not be initially compensated for your extra responsibilities. Many people love the job but will eventually leave because of money and management. The company might be growing too fast. It's a company mainly ran by former coaches with little to zero business management experience. That was manageable when the company was smaller but it is growing so fast that the quality of training and developing has gone down. In all honesty though I may be a bit more bitter than coaches who live in an area with lower cost of living. So when looking at my ratings take that into consideration.
