Pros
Culture of health and performance that challenges me holistically, in and out of the office, along with a huge focus on supporting employee growth and career goals. Exos is going through a ton of major changes right now but has been able to pivot successfully in a COVID economy and most of the team is feeling optimistic about the future.
Cons
There are a huge amount of changes happening this year, and a lot of work to be done. Bringing a huge, once-disconnected company and team under one roof and restructuring is clearly a difficult and chaos-inducing task. But exciting nonetheless, and I'm optimistic about the business strategy and Exos's ability to weather all storms.
