Great Resource for Continuing Education Can build good experience in field. Coaching and Management Good Holiday Schedule

Cons

When given more responsibilities, pay does not increase. Management isn't as transparent as you would like. Pay does sound like it is scaled by location, but it is still not enough (in SF)
