Poor Leadership, but relaxed culture

EXOS is the world's best elite athlete training company, period. Extremely relaxed working environment. The pay is pretty good for the industry.

Cons

The leadership acts like it's transparent, but it's all lies and misdirection. Very little support from corporate.

Great company to work for with a very supportive management team. There is monthly education to help continue to help your clients.

Cons

It is a fast growing company. Sometimes, you can feel like it is growing so fast that there is not enough support after the hiring process.
